Landscape Laborer $14-20+/hr

Candidates need to be able to perform various landscape related tasks including, property cleanups, landscape construction, and other general labor related tasks as needed. Full-time and part-time positions available year-round.

Requirements:

      - Must be at least 18 years old

      - Must have a driver's license and no serious offenses (No SR-22)

      - Minimum one year experience preferred; will train the right candidate

      - Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently

      - Must be flexible and work well with others

      - Must have reliable transportation and communication

 

Crew Leader/Foreman $16-25+/hr

The candidate needs to be responsible, motivated, detail-oriented, and organized. Will Manage the daily operations of a crew and varying job sites/environments. Looking to add a key member to our team. Full-time year-round position available.

Requirements:

      - Must be at least 18 years old

      - Must have a drivers license and no serious offenses (No SR-22)

      - Minimum one year experience; will train the right candidate

      - Ability to lead a team, multitask, and delegate effectively

      - Ability to professionally communicate with customers during projects

      - Maintain timeliness and safety on job sites

      -​Ability to direct, supervise and troubleshoot common issues that arise on job sites

      - Experience in Landscaping/Construction; will build upon this prior experience
